The invention relates to the technical field of automatic unhooking and hooking hooks of electric locomotives, and discloses an automatic unhooking and hooking hook of an unmanned storage battery electric locomotive and a using method thereof.The automatic unhooking and hooking hook comprises a first compartment, a second compartment, a clamping assembly, a fixing barrel, an inductor, a first double-end electric push rod, a connecting assembly and a second double-end electric push rod; when a semi-cylinder installed on a second carriage makes contact with an inductor, the semi-cylinder can transmit a signal to a central control system, the central control system can control a first double-end electric push rod to be started, the first double-end electric push rod starts to contract, and when a connecting rod completely enters a notch formed in the outer wall of a fixing barrel, contraction is stopped; at the moment, the two groups of semicircular discs clamp the limiting rings in limiting grooves in the semicircular discs, a first double-end electric push rod is started, and meanwhile, a second double-end electric push rod is started to drive two groups of limiting plates to extend outwards, so that the limiting plates are clamped in clamping grooves formed in the inner wall of a fixed cylinder; and automatic connection and disconnection results of the hook can be transmitted to a central control system.

    本发明涉及电机车自动摘挂钩技术领域,公开了一种无人驾驶蓄电池电机车自动摘挂钩及其使用方法,包括第一车厢和第二车厢、卡接组件、固定筒、感应器、第一双头电推杆、衔接组件以及第二双头电推杆,本发明中当第二车厢上安装的半圆柱接触到感应器之后,其会将信号传输到中控系统,中控系统会控制第一双头电推杆启动,第一双头电推杆开始收缩,当连接杆完全进入到固定筒外壁上开设的槽口内后停止收缩,此时两组半圆盘会将限位圈卡紧在其内部的限位槽内,在第一双头电推杆启动的同时第二双头电推杆也随之启动,其会带动两组限位板向外延伸,从而将限位板卡合在固定筒内壁开设的卡槽内,能够将摘挂钩的自动连接与断开的结果传输到中控系统中。
