The invention relates to a fixing device for a traveling track of a portal crane. The fixing device specifically comprises a pressing plate, an elastic strip, an iron base plate and a rubber base plate. Wherein the screw spikes fix the whole fixing device on concrete through the iron base plate; the upper face and the lower face of the tail of the elastic strip are both planes, the pressing plate presses the tail of the elastic strip on the iron base plate through the T-shaped bolt, the tail of the elastic strip is in surface contact with the pressing plate and the iron base plate, and after the distance between the pressing plate and the steel rail is adjusted, a large number of trapezoid grooves in the pressing plate are coupled with corresponding trapezoid teeth on the trapezoid groove matching parts. Therefore, the coupling of the pressing plate and the trapezoidal groove matching part is realized; the pressing plate and the elastic strip are fixed on the iron base plate through the T-shaped bolt, so that the steel rail can be pressed by the pressing device; when the steel rail is vibrated, the steel rail is only pressed by the elastic strip; when the steel rail is subjected to transverse load, the head of the elastic strip is flush with the rail pressing surface, and the steel rail is pressed by the elastic strip and the pressing plate together. Through the combined action of the pressing plates and the elastic strips, the shear resistance and stability of the track fixing device are effectively improved.

    本发明涉及一种门式起重机走行轨道固定装置,具体包括压板、弹条、铁垫板、橡胶垫板。其中螺旋道钉通过铁垫板将固定装置整体固定在混凝土上;弹条尾部的上下两面都为平面,压板通过T型螺栓将弹条尾部压在铁垫板上,弹条尾部与压板、铁垫板均为面接触,在压板调整好与钢轨之间的距离后,压板上大量的梯形槽与梯形槽偶件上对应的梯形齿偶合,从而实现了压板与梯形槽偶件的偶合;通过T型螺栓将压板及弹条固定在铁垫板上,确保压紧装置能够将钢轨压紧;当钢轨受到震动时,仅由弹条压紧钢轨;当钢轨受到横向载荷时,弹条头部与压轨面齐平,此时由弹条与压板共同压紧钢轨。本发明通过压板与弹条的共同作用,有效提高了轨道固定装置抗剪性和稳定性。
