The invention discloses an EMB system motor control method considering brake disc clearance adjustment, which comprises the following steps: identifying the state of a whole vehicle, sending a brake disc clearance adjustment instruction by a CDCU after a clearance adjustment condition is met, and entering a brake disc clearance adjustment strategy by a BCU; and EMB caliper state recognition is carried out, parameter weights in a sliding mode function of error tracking are changed according to the recognized caliper state, a self-adaptive sliding mode control motor is made to respond according to the parameter weights, the sliding mode function reaches a control target, and the corresponding brake disc clearance at the moment serves as an adjustment result to be output. Through EMB caliper state recognition and self-adaptive sliding mode control, the motor has good response time and tracking performance, the influence caused by sensor errors and external disturbance is resisted, the brake disc gap is automatically adjusted after the vehicle meets the gap adjustment condition, and the brake efficiency is improved. The brake response time difference caused by abrasion of the brake disc and the brake pad is prevented, the robustness and the brake safety of the vehicle are guaranteed, and meanwhile the vehicle cost and the maintenance difficulty are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种考虑制动盘间隙调整的EMB系统电机控制方法,包括对整车状态识别,满足间隙调整条件后,CDCU发出制动盘间隙调整指令,BCU进入制动盘间隙调整策略;进行EMB卡钳状态识别,根据识别的卡钳状态改变误差跟踪的滑模函数中的参数权重,并根据参数权重使自适应滑模控制电机响应,使滑模函数达到控制目标,将此时对应的制动盘间隙作为调整结果输出。本发明通过EMB卡钳状态识别和自适应滑模控制,使电机具有良好的响应时间和追踪性能,抵抗了因传感器误差和外界扰动带来的影响,并在车辆满足间隙调整条件后自动调整制动盘间隙,防止因制动盘和制动片磨损导致的制动响应时间的差异,保证了车辆的鲁棒性和制动安全性,同时降低了车辆成本和维修难度。
