The invention discloses a mixed doorsill beam structure which comprises a door aluminum alloy doorsill beam body and a carbon fiber composite material reinforcing beam, a plurality of cavity structure units are arranged in the aluminum alloy doorsill beam in the length direction, the cavity structure units are arranged in at least two layers, and at least one cavity structure unit is arranged on each layer; the length of the cavity structure unit on the inner side of the aluminum alloy doorsill beam body is smaller than that of other structure units of the doorsill beam body, and the specific length and the arrangement position correspond to the installation position of a seat. A first carbon fiber composite material reinforcing beam is arranged in at least one layer of cavity structure unit except the cavity structure unit on the inner side in the doorsill beam body at least in the local length direction. A second carbon fiber composite material reinforcing beam is further arranged on the inner side, close to the automobile body, of the cavity structure unit on the inner side of the doorsill beam body. According to the structural design, the aluminum alloy and the carbon fiber composite material are combined, so that the weight of the automobile doorsill beam can be reduced to the greatest extent under the condition that the collision strength is met.

    本发明公开了一种混合门槛梁结构,包括门铝合金门槛梁本体、碳纤维复合材料加强梁,所述铝合金门槛梁内部沿长度方向设置有若干个空腔结构单元,所述空腔结构单元至少分两层设置且每层上设置至少1个;铝合金门槛梁本体内侧的空腔结构单元的长度小于门槛梁本体其他结构单元的长度,具体长度和设置位置与座椅安装位置相对应;所述门槛梁本体中除内侧的空腔结构单元之外至少有一层空腔结构单元中至少在局部长度上设置有碳纤维复合材料加强梁一;所述门槛梁本体内侧的空腔结构单元靠近车身的内侧还设置有碳纤维复合材料加强梁二。通过结构设计,结合铝合金和碳纤维复合材料两种材料的结合,实现了汽车门槛梁在满足碰撞强度的情况下最大可能降低重量。
