The invention relates to the technical field of aerial photography, and discloses a surveying and mapping engineering aerial photography stabilizing device which comprises a main body, a connecting disc is fixedly connected to the interior of the main body, a fixing ring is fixedly connected to the interior of the main body, and four vertical blocks are fixedly connected to the bottom of the connecting disc and circumferentially arrayed in the middle of the main body. The side wall of the vertical block is fixedly connected with a limiting plate. When the two movable plates move oppositely, negative pressure can be formed between the fixed frames by the moving movable plates, gas in an adsorption plate can be extracted through a second connecting pipe due to the formation of the negative pressure, and at the moment, the side wall of the adsorption plate can be tightly adsorbed to the surface of the photographic equipment; the photographing device can keep a relatively stable position when being subjected to external wind power, vibration or impact, so that the definition of a photographed picture is improved.
