The invention discloses a structure for assisting hoisting of a propeller strut of a maritime work crane. The structure comprises a top lifting lug structure and a middle lifting lug structure which are respectively arranged at the top and the middle of the propeller strut and are used for assisting hoisting and mounting; the top lifting lug structure is provided with at least two lifting holes, including a first lifting hole and a second lifting hole; the position of the middle lifting lug structure on the propeller strut is calculated through gravity center distribution, and the gravity center falls within the range between the top lifting lug structure and the middle lifting lug structure which serve as suspension points; the middle lifting lug structure comprises a third lifting hole; and the plurality of lifting holes of the top lifting lug structure can form alternate relay lifting. According to the propeller strut hoisting scheme, the number of times of dismounting and mounting the propeller strut sling twice in the final assembly process of the maritime work crane is reduced to one, the workload of propeller strut hoisting is effectively reduced, the working time of propeller strut hoisting is shortened, and the final assembly efficiency of the crane is improved.

    本发明公开了一种辅助海工起重机人字架起吊的结构,包括在人字架的顶部和中部分别布置有辅助起吊和安装的顶部吊耳结构、中部吊耳结构;所述顶部吊耳结构设有至少两个吊孔,包括第一起吊孔、第二起吊孔;通过重心分布计算出设置中部吊耳结构在人字架上的位置,使重心落在以顶部吊耳结构、中部吊耳结构为悬挂点的两者之间范围内;所述中部吊耳结构包括第三起吊孔;所述顶部吊耳结构的多个吊孔可以形成交替接力起吊。本申请提出的人字架起吊方案将海工起重机总装过程中的两次人字架吊索具拆装次数减少至一次,有效减少了人字架起吊的工作量,缩短了人字架起吊工作时间,增加了起重机总装效率。
