The invention provides an auxiliary lifting device and lifting equipment. The auxiliary lifting device comprises a mounting base, a supporting mechanism and a mounting mechanism. The mounting base comprises a base body and an insertion mechanism for insertion of the forklift, the insertion mechanism is arranged to allow the mounting base to be detachably connected with the forklift, and the base body is connected to the insertion mechanism. One end of the mounting mechanism is arranged on the base body, and the other end of the mounting mechanism is detachably connected with a to-be-lifted piece. The supporting mechanism is arranged on the base body, and the end, away from the base body, of the supporting mechanism is connected with the mounting mechanism, so that the end, used for being detachably connected with the to-be-lifted piece, of the mounting mechanism is relatively higher than the end, arranged on the base body, of the mounting mechanism. According to the auxiliary lifting device, the lifting height of the to-be-lifted part can be increased, assembly of the wind power tower drum is facilitated, and the working efficiency is improved.
