The invention relates to the technical field of traffic flow prediction, in particular to a traffic flow prediction method based on deep learning, which comprises the following steps: constructing a traffic flow prediction model based on a neural network; combining actual traffic flow data, weather data and spatial-temporal characteristic data of different road sections in a target road network at different historical moments and traffic flow data of an upstream road section to serve as a data set sample, and training a traffic flow prediction model; wherein the spatial-temporal characteristic data of the current road section comprises holiday and festival time characteristics at the current moment, road section characteristics and surrounding supporting facility characteristics; the traffic flow data of the upstream road section comprises actual traffic flow data of the upstream road section and the number of vehicles which are about to drive into the current road section from the upstream road section at the next moment; and predicting the traffic flow data of the target road section at the next moment based on the trained traffic flow prediction model. According to the invention, rapid and accurate prediction of the traffic flow of each road section can be realized.
本发明涉及交通流预测技术领域,具体涉及一种基于深度学习的交通流量预测方法,包括:构建基于神经网络的交通流量预测模型;将历史不同时刻下目标路网中不同路段的实际交通流量数据、天气数据、时空特征数据以及上游路段的交通流数据组合起来,作为数据集样本,对交通流量预测模型进行训练;其中,当前路段的时空特征数据包括:当前时刻节假日时间特征、路段特征和周围配套设施特征;上游路段的交通流数据包括:上游路段的实际交通流量数据和下一时刻即将从上游路段所驶入当前路段的车辆数量;基于训练好的交通流预测模型对目标路段下一时刻的交通流量数据进行预测。本发明可实现对各路段交通流量的快速、精准预测。
