The invention discloses an automotive trim composite material and a manufacturing process, and the automotive trim composite material comprises a stone layer which is a natural or natural-like material with lines and has the thickness of 0.1-3mm; the protective layer is a PV (Polyvinyl) or UV (Ultraviolet) coating coated on the upper surface of the stone layer, and the thickness of the coating is 0.002-1.2 mm; and the injection molding layer is arranged on the lower surface of the stone layer so as to form the basic thickness and strength of the composite material. The automotive trim composite material has the advantage of low cost; and moreover, the manufacturing process is simple, and personalized aesthetic requirements on the automotive trim can be quickly met.
