The invention provides a battery high-voltage monitoring method and device of an electric vehicle, electronic equipment and a medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a battery acquisition parameter and an acquisition environment temperature of the electric vehicle, and a correction coefficient at the acquisition environment temperature; correcting the battery acquisition parameters according to the correction coefficient to obtain battery real parameters of the electric vehicle; and sending the real parameters of the battery to a battery management system. The battery acquisition parameters are corrected through the correction coefficient corresponding to the acquisition environment temperature of the battery acquisition parameters, so that more accurate battery parameters can be obtained, and the battery management performance of the battery management system is improved.
