The invention provides an emergency braking control system and a braking control method thereof.The system comprises an electric-pneumatic conversion air charging valve, an electric-pneumatic conversion air exhaust valve, an emergency electromagnetic valve, a pressure conversion valve and a switching electromagnetic valve, and the input end of the electric-pneumatic conversion air charging valve is connected to a braking air cylinder; the output end is connected to the input end of the electro-pneumatic conversion exhaust valve, one input end of the lower side of the emergency electromagnetic valve and one input end of the lower side of the switching electromagnetic valve; the output end of the electro-pneumatic conversion exhaust valve is connected to the atmosphere; the other input end of the lower side of the emergency electromagnetic valve is connected with an empty load valve, and the output end of the emergency electromagnetic valve is connected to a Cv port of the pressure change-over valve and the other input end of the lower side of the switching electromagnetic valve. The output end of the switching electromagnetic valve is directly connected to a port T of the pressure conversion valve; an R port of the pressure change valve is connected to the brake air cylinder, and a C port is connected to the brake cylinder. According to the application, adhesion utilization of a theoretical adhesion curve high-speed section can be greatly increased, the braking effect is improved, and the application has the advantages of smaller size, weight and cost.
本发明提供了一种紧急制动控制系统及其制动控制方法,系统包括:电空转换充风阀、电空转换排风阀、紧急电磁阀、压力变换阀和切换电磁阀,电空转换充风阀的输入端连接至制动风缸,输出端分别连接至电空转换排风阀的输入端、紧急电磁阀的下侧一输入端以及切换电磁阀的下侧一输入端;电空转换排风阀的输出端接至大气;紧急电磁阀的下侧另一输入端和空重阀相连,输出端分别连接至压力变换阀的Cv口及所述切换电磁阀的下侧另一输入端;切换电磁阀的输出端直接连接至压力变换阀的T口;压力变换阀的R口连接至所述制动风缸,C口连接至制动缸。本申请可以极大的增加理论黏着曲线高速段的黏着利用,提升制动效果,且具有更小的体积、重量和成本优势。
