One ends of the two rotating parts are respectively connected with the upper ends of the two rear supporting legs; front wheels are arranged at the lower ends of the two front supporting legs respectively, and the upper ends of the two front supporting legs are directly or indirectly connected with the other ends of the two rotating parts respectively. The lower ends of the two push rods are respectively connected to the rotating part; two ends of the U-shaped handle are respectively connected with the upper parts of the two push rods; the ultra-wideband radio base station is backwards arranged on the driving box; the mobile tag is matched with the ultra-wideband radio base station; and a plurality of ports of the driving controller are respectively in signal connection with the ultra-wideband radio base station and the driving mechanism.
