The invention discloses a tension-reducing seabed releasing device and a laying method, and the device comprises a housing which is internally provided with a rope storage module which comprises a cable storage unit; the cable is wound on the cable storage unit; the second-stage locking module comprises a telescopic element; the fixed part is arranged opposite to the telescopic element; the driving part is connected with the telescopic element; the first-stage depth-keeping release module comprises a transmission device; the tensioning wheel set at least comprises two tensioning wheels, the two tensioning wheels are arranged side by side at an interval, and cable containing channels which are in butt joint and matched with each other are formed in the two tensioning wheels and are in transmission connection with the transmission device; the brake is connected with the transmission device; and the shearing module is used for shearing the cable. The tension-reducing seabed releasing device is compact in overall structure and high in reliability.

    本发明公开了一种减张力海底释放装置及布放方法,包括有:壳体,壳体内部布置有:储绳模块,包括有:缆绳储存单元;以及缠绕在缆绳储存单元上的缆绳;二级锁紧模块,包括有:伸缩元件;固定部件,与伸缩元件相对设置;驱动部件,与伸缩元件连接;一级定深释放模块,包括有:传动装置;以及张紧轮组,至少包括有两个张紧轮,两个张紧轮并排布置且具有间距,在两个张紧轮上形成有相互对接配合的缆绳容置通道,与传动装置传动连接;刹车器,与传动装置装置连接;剪切模块,用于对缆绳进行剪切。本发明提出的减张力海底释放装置,整体结构紧凑,可靠性高。
