The invention discloses an overturning early warning system and an anti-overturning method of an automobile crane. The supporting leg system of the automobile crane can be provided with four or more supporting legs in any number and can be unfolded to any degree; the overturning early warning system displays the current centroid position, the chassis inclination angle, the landing leg load, the new centroid position after unit time interval, the chassis inclination angle, the landing leg load and the theoretical optimal load in real time through a three-dimensional digital model image; according to the system, the overturning risk is comprehensively judged based on the position of a new centroid coordinate in an overturning line polygon, the risk degree of a new supporting leg load and the risk degree of a new chassis inclination angle, and then overturning early warning and anti-overturning measures such as buzzer early warning, supporting leg system active control and operation instruction cutting are implemented. According to the system and the method, overturning early warning and anti-overturning control can be provided for any supporting leg system under the unconventional working conditions that the supporting leg system cannot be completely unfolded and the safety margin of the automobile crane is not compressed, so that the safety and the efficiency of the automobile crane are improved.
本专利公开了汽车起重机的倾覆预警系统与抗倾覆方法。汽车起重机的支腿系统可配置4根及以上任意数量的支腿并可展开至任意程度;倾覆预警系统以三维数模的形象实时示出当前的质心位置、底盘倾角、支腿载荷,以及单位时间间隔后的新质心位置、底盘倾角、支腿载荷和理论最优载荷;该系统基于新质心坐标在倾覆线多边形的位置、新支腿载荷的风险程度、新底盘倾角的风险程度综合判定倾覆风险,进而实施蜂鸣器预警、支腿系统主动控制、切断作业指令等倾覆预警和抗倾覆措施。该系统与方法可针对任意支腿系统在其无法完全展开等非常规作业工况,以及不压缩汽车起重机安全裕度的前提下,提供倾覆预警和抗倾覆控制,进而提升汽车起重机的安全性和效率。
