According to the satellite load power supply overvoltage and undervoltage self-locking protection device, the overvoltage and undervoltage protection circuit detects the voltage value of the input voltage, when the input voltage is smaller than or larger than the normal input voltage range, the power supply input switch circuit is controlled to be switched off, the overvoltage and undervoltage self-locking protection function is started, and even if the input voltage recovers the normal input voltage range again, the overvoltage and undervoltage self-locking protection function is started. The input switch circuit is still kept in an off state; after the startup and shutdown instruction circuit receives a pulse startup instruction input from the outside, the overvoltage and undervoltage self-locking protection function is relieved; the power supply input switch circuit is controlled by the overvoltage and undervoltage protection circuit to close or open the power supply output of the primary bus to the load power supply; the on-off instruction circuit is arranged between the main line and the return line of the instruction bus; and closing or opening the power supply output of the primary bus to the load power supply according to an externally input pulse on-off instruction. The power electronic converter has a non-self-recoverable overvoltage and undervoltage protection function, and the problem that the voltage of an input bus of the power electronic converter is too low or too high is solved.

    本发明一种卫星载荷电源过欠压自锁保护装置,过欠压保护电路检测输入电压的电压值,在输入电压小于或大于正常输入电压范围时,控制电源输入开关电路断开,并启动过欠压自锁保护功能,即使输入电压重新恢复正常输入电压范围,输入开关电路仍保持断开状态;直至开关机指令电路接收到外部输入的脉冲开机指令后,解除过欠压自锁保护功能;电源输入开关电路:受过欠压保护电路控制,关闭或开通一次母线对载荷电源的电源输出;开关机指令电路:设置在指令母线正线与回线之间;根据外部输入的脉冲开关机指令,关闭或开通一次母线对载荷电源的电源输出。本发明具有不可自恢复的过欠压保护功能,解决了电力电子变换器输入母线电压过低或过高的问题。
