The invention discloses an automobile air conditioner mildew-proof air inlet structure, a using method and a mildew removing system. The mould-proof air inlet structure of the automobile air conditioner comprises an outer air duct, a mould removing air duct and a first air door assembly. One end of the outer air duct is provided with an outer circulation air inlet and an inner circulation air inlet, and the other end is communicated with a passenger compartment of the vehicle; an air blower and an evaporator are arranged in the outer air duct; the mildew removing air duct is used for communicating the outer air duct between the evaporator and the passenger compartment with the external atmosphere of the vehicle; a drying agent and a heating structure are arranged in the mildew removal air duct, and the heating structure can heat the drying agent to regenerate the drying agent; the first air door assembly is used for changing the flow direction of airflow blown through the evaporator by the air blower, and the airflow can flow into the passenger compartment and/or the mildew removing air duct. The air blower is used for blowing air-drying the evaporator, air-drying airflow is guided into the atmosphere, the influence on a passenger compartment is small, operation is easy, and cost is low. In addition, a drying agent is arranged near the evaporator, dryness of the evaporator is effectively kept, and the possibility of mould breeding is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种汽车空调防霉进风结构、使用方法及除霉系统。汽车空调防霉进风结构包括外风道、除霉风道和第一风门组件;外风道的一端设置有外循环进风口和内循环进风口,另一端连通车辆的乘员舱;外风道内设置有鼓风机和蒸发器;除霉风道用于将蒸发器和乘员舱之间的外风道与车辆外部大气连通;除霉风道内设置有干燥剂和加热结构,加热结构能够对干燥剂进行加热使干燥剂再生;第一风门组件用于改变鼓风机吹过蒸发器的气流流向,能够使气流流入乘员舱和/或流入除霉风道。通过鼓风机吹风风干蒸发器,将风干气流导至大气中,对乘员舱影响小,且操作简单、成本低;另外在蒸发器附近设置干燥剂,有效保持蒸发器的干燥,减少霉菌滋生的可能性。
