The invention discloses an optimal torque distribution method and system for a dual-motor four-wheel drive automobile in the technical field of new energy automobiles, and aims to solve the problem that in the prior art, reasonable driving torque distribution is difficult to carry out on dual motors, so that the driving torque cannot be distributed to the motors according to a method with the highest energy efficiency. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a first dual-motor system loss model corresponding to a base speed region under a given driving condition; acquiring a second dual-motor system loss model corresponding to the weak magnetic area under a given driving condition; the first dual-motor system loss model and the second dual-motor system loss model are solved with the optimal dual-motor energy consumption as the target, and corresponding optimal torque distribution coefficients are obtained; according to the method, the optimal torque distribution coefficient of the base speed area and the optimal torque distribution coefficient of the weak magnetic area are calculated, the vehicle adopts the dual-motor average torque distribution strategy no matter under the low-speed working condition or the medium-high-speed working condition, the optimal driving energy efficiency can be achieved, and the economical efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车技术领域的双电机四轮驱动汽车的最优转矩分配方法及系统,旨在解决现有技术难以对于双电机进行合理的驱动转矩分配,导致无法按照能量效率最高的方法分配给电机的问题。其包括获取给定驱动工况下与基速区对应的第一双电机系统损耗模型;获取给定驱动工况下与弱磁区对应的第二双电机系统损耗模型;以双电机能耗最优为目标,分别求解所述第一双电机系统损耗模型和第二双电机系统损耗模型,得到对应的最优转矩分配系数;本发明通过对于基速区最优转矩分配系数和弱磁区最优转矩分配系数进行计算,无论是低速还是中高速工况,车辆采用双电机平均转矩分配策略,可以实现最优驱动能效,提升经济性。
