The invention provides a snake rod piece imitating climbing soft robot and application, relates to a snake rod piece imitating climbing soft robot capable of achieving crossing, and aims to solve the problem that an existing soft robot generally has difficulty in achieving climbing of bent pipelines and branched pipelines and switching climbing of different pipelines. The device comprises a steering unit and a grabbing unit, the steering unit comprises a first steering connecting piece and a first bending assembly, and the first bending assembly comprises a first gas circuit pipe, a first elastic corrugated pipe, a first elastic telescopic layer and a first fixed connecting piece. The grabbing unit comprises a second grabbing assembly, a second grabbing connecting piece and a second air path pipe. The second grabbing assembly comprises a second elastic corrugated pipe, a second reset layer, a second elastic telescopic layer and a second fixed connecting piece. According to the soft robot, crossing crawling can be achieved among different rod-shaped objects, better adaptability is achieved, and the soft robot can pass through a narrow environment and can better cope with a complex environment.
