The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle suspension vibration reduction, and particularly relates to a hydro-pneumatic spring with a high-frequency vibration reduction structure, which comprises an upper mounting seat assembly, a vibration reduction valve assembly, an oil cylinder body assembly, a piston rod assembly with a built-in high-frequency vibration reduction structure, a lower mounting seat assembly and an energy accumulator assembly, according to the technical scheme, a first floating piston assembly, a second floating piston assembly, a main oil chamber, an auxiliary oil chamber, an air chamber, a high-frequency vibration reduction oil chamber and a high-frequency vibration reduction air chamber are arranged, and a damping valve, the high-frequency vibration reduction oil chamber, the first floating piston assembly and the high-frequency vibration reduction air chamber form a high-frequency vibration reduction structure; low-pass filtering of random vibration transmitted by the hydro-pneumatic spring to wheels is achieved, most of high-frequency vibration is dissipated by a high-frequency vibration reduction structure with small damping, power consumption of the vibration absorber is reduced, and smoothness of a vehicle body (sprung mass) is improved.

    本发明属于车辆悬架减振技术领域,具体涉及一种具有高频减振结构的油气弹簧,所述油气弹簧包括:上安装座总成、减振阀总成、油缸体总成、内置高频减振结构的活塞杆总成、下安装座总成、蓄能器总成;本发明技术方案中设置了第一浮动活塞总成、第二浮动活塞总成以及主油室、副油室、气室、高频减振油室、高频减振气室,其中通过阻尼阀、高频减振油室、第一浮动活塞总成、高频减振气室组成高频减振结构,实现了油气弹簧对车轮传递的随机振动的低通滤波,将大部分高频振动由具有小阻尼的高频减振结构耗散,利于降低减振器的功耗,提升车体(簧载质量)的平顺性。
