Pre-bending of the plate spring assembly is achieved through cooperation of the pressing connecting piece and the balance bearing hub, and the working stress of the pulled face of the plate spring is reduced by pre-adding the assembly stress of the plate spring. And early-stage fracture of a plate spring clamping area, especially a center hole, is avoided.

    本发明涉及汽车行业的底盘悬架技术领域,具体涉及一种平衡悬架的板簧安装结构及汽车。平衡悬架的板簧安装结构,其包括:平衡轴支架总成,其上设有平衡轴承毂;板簧组件,其中部设有中心孔,板簧组件安装于盖板和平衡轴承毂之间,板簧组件在其中心孔处的拉应力面与平衡轴承毂部分贴合,板簧组件的压应力面与盖板贴合;压紧连接件,其与盖板配合压紧板簧组件驱使板簧组件在平衡轴承毂的支撑下发生弯曲变形,以在板簧组件中心孔处的拉应力面和压应力面分别产生弯曲压应力和弯曲拉应力。本申请通过压紧连接件与平衡轴承毂配合实现了板簧组件的预弯曲,通过预加板簧装配应力,降低板簧受拉面工作应力。避免板簧夹紧区域尤其是中心孔处早期断裂。
