The invention discloses an automobile middle and rear screen bidirectional control system and method, a medium and equipment. The automobile middle and rear screen bidirectional control system comprises a central control subsystem and a rear row subsystem which are in communication connection. The central control subsystem is used for acquiring first display data transmitted by the rear-row subsystem and issuing a first instruction to the rear-row subsystem according to the first display data, and the rear-row subsystem acquires and executes the first instruction; the rear row subsystem is used for acquiring second display data transmitted by the central control subsystem and issuing a second instruction to the central control subsystem according to the second display data, and the central control subsystem acquires and executes the second instruction. Therefore, bidirectional control of the central control screen and the rear row screen can be realized.
