The invention discloses a design method of a high-voltage interlocking system, the high-voltage interlocking system and a vehicle, belongs to the technical field of new energy vehicles, and can determine the high-voltage interlocking type of a high-voltage device according to the installation position information and the electric shock risk level of the high-voltage device. Low-voltage interlocking loops of a plurality of high-voltage devices which are close in position and have the same high-voltage interlocking type are connected in parallel or in series, so that the high-voltage interlocking system adopts annular interlocking or star interlocking for different types of high-voltage devices, and the safety performance and troubleshooting efficiency of the high-voltage interlocking system are improved; and the manufacturing cost of the high-voltage interlocking system can be reduced, and the comprehensive performance of the high-voltage interlocking system is further improved.

    本发明公开了一种高压互锁系统的设计方法、高压互锁系统及车辆,属于新能源汽车技术领域,可以根据高压器件的安装位置信息和触电风险等级确定其高压互锁类型,然后将位置相近且高压互锁类型相同的多个高压器件的低压互锁回路进行并联或串联,使高压互锁系统针对不同种类高压器件采用环型互锁或星型互锁,有助于提高高压互锁系统的安全性能和故障排查效率,且能够降低高压互锁系统的制造成本,进一步提高高压互锁系统的综合性能。
