The invention provides a multi-stage automobile anti-collision beam, and relates to the technical field of automobile collision safety. A multi-stage automobile anti-collision beam comprises a main beam, a plurality of front end energy absorption boxes, two connecting beams, two main energy absorption boxes and two connecting flanges. On the one hand, a reasonable energy absorption box and connecting beam structure is designed, so that the span between the main beam of the anti-collision beam and the nodes of the energy absorption boxes is shortened, the shearing force at the nodes of the main beam and the energy absorption boxes is dispersed, and the structural stress is optimized; on the other hand, the advantages of a single pipe and a honeycomb sandwich structure in the aspect of energy absorption are combined, and the novel energy absorption box structure with the multi-stage automobile anti-collision beam and the adjustable mechanical property is disclosed. In addition, the energy absorption boxes at different positions are designed in a differentiated mode, and the purpose of multi-stage energy absorption from weak to strong is achieved. By means of the reasonable supporting mode and the adjustable multi-stage energy absorption mode, energy generated when the automobile is collided is absorbed step by step, the maintenance cost is reduced, and the safety of other parts of the automobile and passengers is effectively protected on different collision occasions.

    本发明提出一种多级汽车防撞梁,涉及汽车碰撞安全技术领域。一种多级汽车防撞梁包括一根主梁、若干个前端吸能盒、两根连接梁、两个主吸能盒和两个连接法兰。一方面,本发明设计了合理的吸能盒和连接梁结构,使得防撞梁主梁与吸能盒节点的跨度得以缩短,分散了主梁与各吸能盒节点处的剪力,优化了结构受力。另一方面,本发明结合单管和蜂窝夹芯结构在能量吸收方面的优点,公开了一种多级汽车防撞梁力学性能可调的新型吸能盒结构。此外,对不同位置的吸能盒差异化设计,达到由弱到强,多级吸能的目的。合理的支承方式和可调的多级吸能方式使得汽车发生碰撞时产生的能量被逐步吸收,减少维修成本,在不同碰撞场合有效保护汽车其他部件和乘员安全。
