The accuracy of identifying whether ice and snow exist on the road surface can be improved, the ice and snow area is more accurately determined as the torque limiting area where torque sudden change needs to be prevented, then the target torque output by the driving motor of the vehicle is limited not to suddenly change, the vehicle is kept below the safe vehicle speed, the slip probability of wheels is effectively reduced, and the vehicle safety is improved. Therefore, the occurrence rate of safety accidents is reduced.
