The method comprises the following steps: determining the current position of the unmanned mine car by using an inertial measurement unit and real-time dynamic measurement equipment when a lifting system performs rightward lifting unloading operation; determining whether the unmanned mine car has a rollover risk based on the current position; when it is determined that the unmanned mine car has the rollover risk, a risk prompt is sent to a vehicle controller; the risk prompt is used for enabling the vehicle controller to determine a corresponding risk control measure, and the risk control measure is an instruction which is issued by the vehicle controller to the lifting system and is used for immediately stopping the rightward lifting unloading operation. The accuracy of mine car positioning in the lifting and unloading process is improved.
