The auxiliary frame comprises a first fixed supporting leg box, a second fixed supporting leg box, a longitudinal beam structure and a rotary supporting seat, the first fixed supporting leg box and the second fixed supporting leg box are welded to the two ends of the longitudinal beam structure respectively, and the longitudinal beam structure penetrates through the rotary supporting seat to be welded into a whole to form a box type structure. And the longitudinal center line of the rotary supporting seat deviates rightwards relative to the longitudinal center line of the longitudinal beam structure and is used for balancing the stress of the weight of the whole vehicle on left and right wheels. According to the auxiliary frame, the two side web plates in the bent shape, the bottom plate and the cover plate are welded together to form a horn-shaped box type structure, the partition plates and the middle web plate are additionally arranged in the box type structure, and a wood-shaped cavity structure is formed and used for effectively improving the rigidity, strength and torsion resistance of the auxiliary frame in multiple directions; meanwhile, the connecting position of the rotary supporting seat and the longitudinal beam structure is designed to be of a double-layer box body structure and a local small box type structure, and the strength near the rotary supporting seat of the auxiliary frame is further improved.

    本发明公开了一种大幅度高空作业车副车架,包括:第一和第二固定支腿箱、纵梁结构和回转支撑座,第一和第二固定支腿箱分别焊接于纵梁结构两端,纵梁结构穿过回转支撑座焊接于一体,形成箱型结构,回转支撑座的纵向中心线相对纵梁结构的纵向中心线向右偏移,用于平衡整车重量在左右两边轮的受力。本发明副车架通过折弯形状的两侧腹板、底板和盖板焊接一起,形成喇叭形箱型结构,在箱型内部增加隔板和中腹板,形成“木子”型腔体结构,用于有效提升副车架在多方向的刚度和强度以及抗扭能力;同时,将回转支撑座与纵梁结构的连接位置设计为双层箱体结构加局部小箱型结构,进一步提升副车架回转支撑座附近的强度。
