According to the boring-free mounting method for the ship rudderstock, the pouring size of the epoxy can be controlled through the steel sleeve, the epoxy is separated from the rudder bushing, and deformation of the rudder bushing caused by high temperature during epoxy pouring is avoided. 本发明涉及一种船舶舵杆的免镗孔安装方法,将钢套筒放入下舵承内,上下两端用钢套筒固定工装固定;在钢套筒和下舵承之间浇注环氧密封连接,固化后复核钢套筒中心线和内径;冷冻舵衬套,待舵衬套回常温后安装挡圈、螺栓和封板;最后将舵杆连同一起的舵轴套一起吊下来,完成舵杆的安装。本发明所述的船舶舵杆的免镗孔安装方法,利用钢套筒可以控制环氧的浇注尺寸,并将环氧与舵衬套隔开,避免因环氧浇注时的高温导致舵衬套的变形。可以轻松便捷地完成舵杆的安装工作,该方法材料成本低、安装工装少、安装效率高,极大程度降低了材料成本及安装拆卸工时,大大降低了安装的难度,提高了舵杆螺母的安装效率,降低了作业安全风险。
