And the inner shell process hole segment and the outer shell process hole segment are sequentially hoisted to original positions to be reset and installed. According to the method, the hanging rings are installed before integrity construction, the workload of the next procedure and damage to paint are reduced, and overhead welding operation can be avoided; the auxiliary hole segment of the inner shell is placed in the fuel cabin on the outer side and is prevented from being completely moved out of the hull outer plate, and a large amount of hoisting workload is reduced.
本发明涉及一种双燃料舱工艺孔吊装施工方法该方法包括,在双燃料舱建造过程中进行吊环的安装,待双燃料舱完整性建造完成后,进行内侧燃料舱密性试验和外侧燃料舱密性试验;根据工艺孔的开设位置先后切割工艺孔形成外壳工艺孔片段和内壳工艺孔片段,借助吊具将外壳工艺孔片段吊至总组平台,将内壳工艺孔片段吊至外侧燃料舱内,待内侧围护系统施工完成后,依次将内壳工艺孔片段和外壳工艺孔片段吊至原始位置复位安装。本发明中在完整性建造前进行吊环的安装,减少后道工序的工作量以及对油漆的破坏,同时还可以避免进行仰焊作业;内壳工艺孔片段放置在外侧燃料舱内,避免将其完全移出船体外板,减少了大量的吊装工作量。
