The invention relates to an oil tank, an aircraft and an oil mass measuring method.The oil tank comprises a containing cavity and an elastic film, the elastic film is located in the containing cavity and divides the containing cavity into a first containing cavity and a second containing cavity, the first containing cavity is filled with fuel oil, and the second containing cavity is filled with preset gas; the fuel pressure in the first containing cavity and the gas pressure in the second containing cavity are in a balanced state through the elastic film, and the first containing cavity is not communicated with the second containing cavity. According to the oil tank, when the remaining oil amount is calculated, the fuel oil change amount of the first containing cavity is reflected through the preset gas change amount of the second containing cavity, the preset gas change amount of the second containing cavity can be directly calculated through a formula, and the calculation precision of the volume change amount of the preset gas is high; and the calculation accuracy of the residual fuel quantity is effectively improved.
