The invention relates to the field of engineering machinery, and discloses an aerial work platform truck mechanical buffer structure which comprises a chassis, a rotary table, a variable-amplitude oil cylinder, a main arm system, a fly arm system and a working platform. The rotary table is connected to the chassis through a slewing bearing, the main arm system is connected with the rotary table through a pin shaft, and the main arm system is driven by a variable-amplitude oil cylinder to amplitude; the fly arm system comprises a connecting seat, an upper connecting rod, a lower connecting rod, a crank arm, a fly arm oil cylinder, a limiting seat and a buffer block; the crank arm is rotationally connected to the end part of the main arm system through a pin shaft; the limiting seat is fixed on the crank arm, and the buffer block is embedded on the limiting seat; the upper connecting rod is eccentrically connected with a first supporting shaft, and the first supporting shaft is rotationally connected to the crank arm. And a first arc part which is eccentrically arranged with the first supporting shaft is formed at one end, connected with the crank arm, of the upper connecting rod. An electric control buffering structure is replaced with a mechanical buffering mode, and the problems that an existing electric control buffering structure is high in installation precision requirement, poor in reliability and high in cost are solved.

    本发明涉及工程机械领域,公开一种高空作业平台车机械缓冲结构,包括底盘、转台、变幅油缸、主臂系统、飞臂系统和工作平台;转台通过回转支承连接在底盘上,主臂系统通过销轴与转台连接,主臂系统通过变幅油缸驱动变幅;所述飞臂系统包括连接座、上连杆、下连杆、拐臂、飞臂油缸、限位座和缓冲块,拐臂通过销轴转动连接在主臂系统的端部;所述限位座固定在拐臂上,缓冲块嵌在限位座上;所述上连杆偏心连接有第一支撑轴,第一支撑轴转动连接在拐臂上;所述上连杆与拐臂连接的一端成型有与第一支撑轴偏心设置的第一圆弧部。通过机械缓冲方式代替电控缓冲结构,解决了现有电控缓冲结构安装精度要求高、可靠性差、成本高的问题。
