The invention discloses a hierarchical and distributed model prediction control method for large-scale urban road network traffic flow, relates to the technical field of urban road network traffic planning, and can effectively utilize the MFD related properties of road network passage by combining a hierarchical control strategy with a distributed MPC (Maximum Power Control) so as to improve the traffic planning efficiency. Under the condition that the traffic flow of the road network is oversaturated, the control strategy is adopted to enable the number of vehicles in the road network to be maintained near an optimal value, the traffic efficiency of the traffic flow in the road network is guaranteed to the maximum extent on the premise that congestion is relieved, and the calculation efficiency is guaranteed. According to the scheme, regional division is carried out on an urban road network; and carrying out data collection on the divided regions of the road network to obtain an MFD image and properties of the regional road network. And carrying out optimization solution on an upper-layer controller in the layered MPC. And performing lower-layer MPC optimization solution of the hierarchical strategy in combination with the distributed MPC. And continuing to pass vehicles in the road network, advancing from the current moment to the next moment, continuing to collect data by each sensor, and repeating the optimization step to realize rolling optimization.

    本发明公开了大规模城市路网交通流的分层与分布式模型预测控制方法,涉及城市路网交通规划技术领域,该方法能够通过将分层控制策略与分布式MPC结合,有效利用路网通行的MFD相关性质,在路网车流过饱和的情况下采用该控制策略使路网车辆数维持在一个最优值附近,在实现减缓拥堵的前提下最大限度保障路网内车流的通行效率,并保障计算效率。其方案具体为:对城市路网进行区域划分。对路网划分的区域进行数据收集,得到区域路网的MFD图像及性质。进行分层MPC中上层控制器的优化求解。结合分布式MPC进行分层策略的下层MPC优化求解。继续路网车辆通行,从当前时刻前进至下一时刻,各个传感器继续收集数据,重复优化步骤,实现滚动优化。
