The invention provides a hook type safety structure for preventing an abdomen from being pressed on a seat. The hook type safety structure comprises a seat cushion base plate, a safety belt connecting mechanism, a protection cover, a buffer layer, an anti-collision protection pad and a seat cushion tail filling block. The cushion base plate is arranged to be of a plate-shaped structure, so that the structural strength can be improved; the safety belt connecting mechanism is mounted on the mounting seat between the two legs, so that the safety belt positioned at the abdomen can be fixed between the thighs when the safety belt is normally tied, and the abdomen of a user is prevented from being pressed; the hook and the locking device can lock the safety belt, so that the safety risk caused by separation of the safety belt is avoided, and the safety performance is improved; by arranging the protective cover, the safety belt connecting mechanism can be prevented from causing secondary injury to a user; by arranging an anti-collision protection pad, a user can be prevented from being cut by the side edge of the safety belt; and by arranging the tail filling block, the user can be kept close to the hook as far as possible, the forward impact displacement of the user during braking or accidents is reduced as far as possible, and the safety performance is improved.
