The accurate-positioning mini unmanned AGV comprises a machine body, a fork leg and a control unit, an anti-collision sensor capable of sensing whether an obstacle exists in front of the fork leg is arranged at the free end of the fork leg, and the control unit is arranged in the machine body and comprises an upper computer, a laser navigator, a first servo controller and a second servo controller; the laser navigator is arranged at the top of the machine body, the laser navigator, the first servo controller and the second servo controller are made to communicate with the upper computer, signals of the laser navigator and the anti-collision sensor are sent to the upper computer, the upper computer sends the signals to the servo controllers after data processing, and the servo controllers are connected with the laser navigator. The servo controller can be used for controlling the driving mechanism to act, positioning of the mini unmanned AGV is achieved, obstacles can be recognized in the positioning process, and positioning is accurate.

    本发明提供的定位准确的无人AGV迷你搬运车,包括机体、叉腿、控制单元,通过在叉腿自由端设置能够感知叉腿前方是否有障碍物的防碰撞传感器,将控制单元设置在机体中,使其包括上位机、激光导航仪、第一伺服控制器和第二伺服控制器,将激光导航仪设置在机体的顶部,使激光导航仪、第一伺服控制器、第二伺服控制器分别与上位机通信,使激光导航仪和防碰撞传感器的信号发送给上位机,使上位机经过数据处理后将信号发送给伺服控制器,能够利用伺服控制器控制驱动机构动作,实现对无人AGV迷你搬运车的定位,定位过程中,可识别障碍,定位准确。
