The invention provides an operation method for improving the cooperative work efficiency of a wharf outer towing device and a rail-mounted gantry crane, which comprises the following steps: the outer towing device enters a gate and obtains a positioning and information communication device, the outer towing device obtains a route and an indication task of a trailer of a TOS system to a specified interaction area through the communication device, and then the outer towing device enters the interaction area; when external dragging meets operation conditions in the interaction area, the BMS informs the TOS system, and the TOS system prompts that the trailer is allowed to enter the interaction area through the communication device; after the trailer enters the interaction area, the TOS system prompts the trailer to be allowed to enter a target position of the interaction area through the communication device; the TOS system transmits the real-time accurate position of the trailer to the BMS system and informs the BMS system of information that the trailer has working conditions; and the BMS system controls the specified rail-mounted gantry crane to cooperate with the trailer under the rail-mounted gantry crane to perform collaborative operation. The invention further provides an operation system for improving the cooperative work efficiency of the wharf outer towing device and the rail-mounted gantry crane. According to the invention, the working efficiency and the collaborative operation efficiency of the outward towing and the rail-mounted crane in the automatic wharf are improved.
本发明提出一种提高码头外拖与轨道吊协同工作效率的作业方法,包括:外拖进入闸口并获取定位及信息通信装置,外拖通过该通信装置获得TOS系统的拖车前往指定交互区的路线及指示任务,然后进入交互区;当外拖在交互区满足作业条件时,BMS系统通知TOS系统,TOS系统通过该通信装置提示拖车允许进入交互区;拖车进入交互区后,TOS系统通过该通信装置提示拖车允许进入交互区的目标位置;TOS系统将拖车实时精确位置传送给BMS系统,并将拖车已具备作业条件的信息通知BMS系统;BMS系统控制指定的轨道吊配合轨道吊下的拖车进行协同作业。本发明又提出提高码头外拖与轨道吊协同工作效率的作业系统;本发明提高了外拖与轨道吊于自动化码头内的工作效率及协同作业效率。
