The invention discloses an MOSFET electrical parameter self-adaptive adjustment system and method for an electric vehicle, and relates to the technical field of electrical parameter self-adaptive adjustment. The MOSFET electrical parameter self-adaptive adjustment system for the electric vehicle comprises a parameter acquisition module; a parameter adjustment value acquisition module; a control execution module; and an MOSFET module. According to the method, the key electrical parameters and the MOSFET electrical parameters of the to-be-adjusted electric vehicle are obtained in real time within the preset time period to obtain the electrical adjustment evaluation index, and then the driving circuit of the to-be-adjusted electric vehicle is dynamically adjusted; and finally, based on the gate-source voltage, whether the gate-source voltage is adjusted until the electrical adjustment value is equal to 0 is judged, so that more accurate adjustment of the electrical parameters of the MOSFET is realized, and the problem of insufficient utilization of the relevance between the electrical parameters of the MOSFET and the key electrical parameters in the prior art is solved.
