The heat exchange pipeline is provided with a water inlet connector and a water outlet connector which are exposed out of the first containing cavity. A PDU module, wherein the PDU module is assembled in the first accommodating cavity; the step-up and step-down module is arranged in the second accommodating cavity, and the step-up and step-down module comprises a Buck-Boost unit and a DCDC (Direct Current to Direct Current) unit; the Buck-Boost unit is provided with a first flow channel piece used for heat dissipation, and the Buck-Boost unit is provided with a first connector and a second connector which are communicated through the first flow channel piece. The DCDC unit is provided with a second flow channel used for heat dissipation, and the DCDC unit is provided with a third interface and a fourth interface which are communicated through the second flow channel.
