Wherein the plurality of interfaces are provided with interfaces used for being connected with at least one or more of an electric drive cooling liquid loop, a battery cooling liquid loop and an air conditioner warm air cooling liquid loop, so that the pump, the valve and the heat exchanger are integrated, connecting pipelines among parts are reduced, the arrangement space is compact, the parts are reduced, and the arrangement complexity is reduced; the assembly time is reduced; switching and coupling of control modes can be carried out by controlling the six-way valve and the five-way valve, series-parallel connection of different loops is achieved, and different thermal management requirements are met.

    本申请涉及一种热管理水路集成模块、车辆热管理系统及控制方法,热管理水路集成模块上设置有多个接口,流道板内设置有多个连通对应接口的流道;六通阀和五通阀布置在流道板的一侧面上,并用于控制对应流道的通断;电池水泵和电驱水泵布置在流道板的另一侧面上,并用于驱动对应流道内的介质流动至对应接口;其中,多个接口中具有用于和电驱冷却液回路、电池冷却液回路、空调暖风冷却液回路中的至少一者或多者相连的接口,从而将泵、阀和换热器集成为一体,减少了零部件间的连接管路,布置空间紧凑,零部件减少,降低了布置的复杂程度,减少装配工时;通过控制六通阀和五通阀可进行控制模式的切换和耦合,实现不同回路的串并联,满足不同的热管理需求。
