The vehicle operation electric quantity adjusting method comprises the steps that according to a historical reciprocating working condition road spectrum of a vehicle, a road is extracted as continuous multi-section scene feature values; wherein the scene characteristic value comprises an uphill stage and a downhill stage; when the scene characteristic value is in the uphill stage, the torque value of the vehicle in the uphill stage is adjusted according to the uphill mileage and the charge state change rate of the uphill stage; and when the scene characteristic value is in the downhill stage, the torque recovery amount of the vehicle in the downhill stage is adjusted according to the downhill mileage and the charge state change rate in the downhill stage.
