The vehicle-mounted charger is in signal connection with the CC terminal and the CP terminal of the charging and discharging interface. And the charging and discharging control box is used for controlling the on-off of the electric connection between the vehicle-mounted charger and the charging and discharging interface and the AC discharging interface. When the charging and discharging control box conducts electric connection between the vehicle-mounted charger and the AC discharging interface, the AC discharging interface provides AC power for the outside. And when the charging and discharging control box conducts the electric connection between the vehicle-mounted charger and the charging and discharging interface, the vehicle-mounted charger judges the connection port of the charging and discharging interface for external discharging or internal charging according to the CC resistance signal. According to the invention, various discharge modes can be realized, the use of a user is facilitated on the basis of safe discharge, and the convenience and the safety can be improved.
