The invention relates to the technical field of ship remote guarantee, and discloses a ship technical condition comprehensive evaluation system. According to the system, a data acquisition module acquires real-time data from sensors and equipment of a ship, a data processing module processes and analyzes the acquired data, and parameters are called to calculate the average navigational speed, the course change rate, the real-time fuel consumption rate, the engine stability index, the ship vibration frequency and the ship equipment failure rate of the ship. The evaluation model module performs technical condition evaluation by using a ship algorithm model based on the calculated values, calculates a ship health index, a ship equipment remaining service life and a ship overall performance score, and obtains a ship technical condition comprehensive evaluation result, and the early warning and decision making module performs timely early warning on fault equipment according to the evaluation result. And a ship equipment maintenance suggestion and a ship equipment operation optimization suggestion are generated, and a visualization module displays the early warning information and suggestions generated by the early warning and decision module to a user in a graphical manner.
