The invention relates to the technical field of cranes, in particular to a reinforcement cage hoisting device which comprises a body, a large hook and a small hook and further comprises a main hoisting unit arranged on the large hook and used for hoisting the upper portion of a reinforcement cage. The auxiliary lifting unit is arranged on the small hook; the two clamping plates are both arranged on the auxiliary lifting unit; the auxiliary hoisting unit is used for driving the two clamping plates to clamp the lower portion of the reinforcement cage and controlling the two clamping plates to be separated after the reinforcement cage is in a vertical state, and then connection between the small hook and the reinforcement cage is omitted. The lower portion of the reinforcement cage is automatically released in the hoisting process, dependence of manual operation is effectively reduced through an automatic control mechanism, safety risks caused by human errors in high-altitude operation are reduced, the small hook does not need to be manually released, and the workload of constructors is relieved.
