The invention particularly relates to an unmanned intelligent bridge crane which comprises two end beams walking on a bridge frame, a main beam arranged between the two end beams, trolley frames running on the top of the main beam, a mounting plate fixedly connected to the top between the trolley frames, and a winch mounted on the top of the mounting plate. The anti-overturning trolley is characterized in that an anti-overturning device is arranged at the bottom of the trolley frame, the anti-overturning device comprises a limiting column vertically penetrating through the bottom of the trolley frame, the limiting column vertically penetrates through the main beam and extends downwards, a rotating shaft is arranged on the lower portion of the trolley frame, gears are fixedly connected to the positions, located on the two sides of the limiting column, of the rotating shaft, and the gears are meshed with racks; the racks are horizontally installed on the top of the main beam and located on the two sides of the limiting column, and an anti-deviation device is arranged on the limiting column. The auxiliary wheels move in the limiting grooves, so that friction force is reduced, and meanwhile the trolley frame can be prevented from deviating and derailing.

    本发明具体涉及一种无人智能化桥式起重机,包括两个行走在桥架上的端梁,两个端梁之间设置有主梁,主梁的顶部行驶有小车架,小车架之间的顶部固定连接有安装板,安装板的顶部安装有卷扬机,其特征在于:小车架的底部设置有防翻装置,防翻装置包括竖向穿过小车架底部的限位柱,限位柱竖向穿过主梁并向下延伸,小车架的下部设置有转动轴,转动轴上且位于限位柱的两侧固定连接有齿轮,齿轮与齿条相啮合,齿条水平安装在主梁的顶部且位于限位柱的两侧,限位柱上设置有防偏移装置。辅助轮在限位槽内移动,从而减小摩擦力,同时也可以防止小车架偏移脱轨。
