The invention discloses a regional carbon emission reduction monitoring method, equipment and a medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring low-carbon travel data on each segmented road section in a monitoring region; determining travel parameters of each low-carbon travel object according to the low-carbon travel data; and determining travel carbon emission data in the monitoring area according to the set calculation model and the travel parameters, wherein the travel carbon emission data comprises carbon emission and carbon emission reduction. According to the method, the regional travel carbon emission and carbon emission reduction are obtained based on the road section space-time monitoring unit division result of the monitored regional road network and travel parameter statistics and mining of travel data of different travel modes, so that real-time and accurate monitoring of regional traffic carbon emission reduction is realized; the regional monitoring problem that large-scale traffic carbon emission detection mostly depends on macroscopic statistical data is solved, a manager is helped to carry out regional traffic carbon emission evaluation analysis on the basis, and construction of a novel green low-carbon urban traffic system is assisted.

    本发明公开了一种区域碳减排监测方法、设备及介质,该方法包括:获取监测区域内各切分路段上的低碳出行数据;根据低碳出行数据确定各低碳出行对象的出行参数;根据设置的计算模型及出行参数确定监测区域内的出行碳排放数据,出行碳排放数据包括碳排放量及碳减排量。本发明基于监测区域路网的路段时空监测单元划分结果,同时基于不同出行方式出行数据的出行参数统计及挖掘,得到区域出行碳排放量和碳减排量,实现了区域交通碳减排的实时、精准监测,克服了大尺度的交通碳排放检测多依赖于宏观统计数据存在的区域监测难题,并以此作为依据帮助管理者进行区域交通碳排放评价分析,助力构建新型绿色低碳城市交通体系。
