The invention provides a design method of a watertight compartment water level detector and an airplane watertight compartment water level measuring system. The method comprises the steps that a CATIA digital-analog model of a watertight compartment is established; calculating and determining a gravity center safety margin value; determining the maximum allowable water inflow of each watertight compartment; according to the finally determined maximum allowable water inflow of each watertight compartment, simulating the water level of the maximum allowable water inflow of each watertight compartment on the CATIA digital-analog model under the horizontal attitude of the airplane; the alarm water inlet line of the airplane in the horizontal attitude is used as the height position reference of the water level detector in the watertight compartment; determining heading positions of water level detectors at the front and rear parts of the watertight compartment; and determining the spanwise position of the water level detector in the watertight compartment, wherein the spanwise position is selected on the plane of symmetry at the bottom of the aircraft ship. The layout design of the water level detector is optimized according to the shape of the ship body of the airplane, the distribution condition of the watertight compartment, the maximum allowable water inflow of the watertight compartment and the water surface operation posture change of the airplane, and the accuracy and practicability of monitoring the water inflow condition of the watertight compartment are improved.

    本发明提供一种水密舱水位探测器的设计方法及飞机水密舱水位测量系统,该方法包括:建立水密舱的CATIA数模模型;计算并确定重心安全余量值;确定各水密舱最大允许进水量;根据最终确定的各水密舱最大允许进水量,在CATIA数模模型上模拟飞机在水平姿态下,各水密舱最大允许进水量的水位;将飞机在水平姿态下的告警进水线作为水位探测器在水密舱内的高度位置基准;确定水密舱前、后部的水位探测器航向位置;确定水位探测器在水密舱内的展向位置,该展向位置选择在飞机船底对称面上。本发明通过飞机船体外形、水密舱分布情况、水密舱最大允许进水量和飞机水面运行姿态变化,对水位探测器的布局设计进行优化,提高了水密舱进水情况监测的准确性和实用性。
