The invention discloses a free airway airspace strategic track conflict management method. The method comprises the following steps: S1, based on weather forecast provided by an ensemble forecast system, carrying out ensemble track prediction considering weather element time-varying characteristics; s2, measuring a conflict risk between the track points by using a conflict detection method based on a four-dimensional grid; s3, taking the revised waypoint selected by each flight and the height and Mach number at each waypoint as decision variables, and minimizing the total conflict risk of all flight paths, the total deviation of all flights and user preference flight paths, and the total unpredictability of all flights as objective functions; constructing a strategic conflict management model by taking a flight height layer constraint, a Mach number constraint and a restricted area constraint as constraint conditions; and S4, optimizing the constructed strategic conflict management model, and carrying out track adjustment according to the obtained optimized track. According to the method, a solution which has high robustness and meets the requirements of all parties can be provided for track conflict management in the strategic stage.

    本发明公开了一种自由航路空域战略航迹冲突管理方法。该方法包括以下步骤:S1、基于集合预报系统所提供的气象预报,进行考虑气象要素时变性的集合航迹预测;S2、使用基于四维栅格的冲突探测方法度量航迹点之间的冲突风险;S3、以各航班选择的改航航路点以及在各航路点的高度和马赫数作为决策变量,以最小化所有航迹的总冲突风险、所有航班与用户偏好航迹的总偏离量、所有航班的总不可预测性作为目标函数,以飞行高度层约束、马赫数约束、限制区约束作为约束条件,构建战略冲突管理模型;S4、对所构建的战略冲突管理模型进行优化,并以所得到的优化航迹进行航迹调整。本发明可为战略阶段的航迹冲突管理提供具有高鲁棒性和协同各方需求的解决方案。
