The ceiling control method comprises the following steps: acquiring motion state information of a vehicle and unsprung motion speeds of a plurality of wheels; determining a first damping force corresponding to the fluctuating velocity, a second damping force corresponding to the first pitch angle velocity and a third damping force corresponding to the first roll angle velocity; according to the damping force distribution gain, the first damping force, the second damping force and the third damping force, fourth damping force corresponding to each shock absorber in the multiple shock absorbers is determined; according to the unsprung movement speeds of the multiple wheels and the fourth damping force corresponding to each shock absorber, first electrical parameters corresponding to the multiple shock absorbers are determined; and according to the first electrical parameters corresponding to the multiple shock absorbers, damping force generated by the multiple shock absorbers is controlled, and ceiling control is carried out. According to the scheme disclosed by the invention, the safety and riding comfort of the vehicle can be improved.
