The invention discloses an intelligent traffic vehicle scheduling method for balancing user and system requirements. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, carrying out abstracted network modeling according to a traffic network of a target area; step 2, performing data arrangement and cleaning on flow data, road information and the like by related OD according to the network condition of the target area; step 3, establishing an optimized objective function based on user balance and system optimization; 4, setting condition constraints of road rationalization; and step 5, distributing OD flow based on a constrained multi-objective optimization algorithm, and maximizing system optimal and individual optimal road flow distribution. According to the method, the user optimal balance and the system optimization in the traffic system can be effectively optimized at the same time from the perspective of traffic flow distribution in combination with the constrained multi-objective optimization method, more multivariate decision selection is provided for decision makers, and therefore urban road congestion is reduced.
本发明公开了一种平衡用户和系统需求的智能交通车辆调度方法,包括:步骤1,根据目标区域的交通网络进行抽象化的网络建模;步骤2,根据目标区域网络情况,进行相关OD对流量数据,道路信息等进行数据整理和清洗;步骤3,构建基于用户均衡以及系统最优建立优化的目标函数;步骤4,设置道路合理化的条件约束;步骤5,基于约束多目标优化算法对OD流量进行分配,最大化实现系统最优和个人最优的道路流量分配。本发明从交通流量分配的角度出发,结合约束多目标优化方法,能有效的同时优化交通系统中用户最优均衡和系统最优,为决策者提供更多元的决策选择,从而减少城市的道路拥堵。
