The system comprises an inverter cooler, a power controller, a first water pump, an electronic oil pump, an air cooling cooler and an automatic gearbox, wherein a motor and an automatic transmission are arranged in the automatic gearbox; the motor, the inverter cooler, the power controller, the first water pump and the motor are sequentially connected through water pipes to form a first water circulation loop used for cooling the power controller and the motor through water in the inverter cooler. The automatic gearbox, the electronic oil pump, the air-cooled cooler and the automatic gearbox are sequentially connected through oil pipes to form an oil circulation loop, and the oil circulation loop is used for cooling the automatic gearbox after oil in the automatic gearbox is cooled through the air-cooled cooler. According to the method, the motor in the automatic gearbox is cooled in an oil cooling and water cooling combined mode, the size of the motor cooling system is reduced, and the cost of the motor cooling system is reduced.
