The invention discloses a gear clearance elimination method for a dual-motor synchronous driving vehicle-mounted ceiling screen, which comprises the following steps: S1, regarding the action of opening the ceiling screen as forward motion, regarding the closing of the ceiling screen as return stroke starting, and generating a gear clearance; s2, an instruction for starting the ceiling screen is given, the left motor and the right motor both operate at the output speed of V0, the output torque T < open-left > of the left motor and the output torque T < open-right > of the right motor are adjusted until T < open-left > is larger than or equal to Tf1 and T < open-right > is larger than or equal to Tf2, and the operation is switched to a normal starting state; and S3, an instruction for closing the ceiling screen is given, the left motor and the right motor both operate at the output speed of V0, the output torque T < off-left > of the left motor and the output torque T < off-right > of the right motor are adjusted till T < off-left > is larger than or equal to Tf3 and T < off-right > is larger than or equal to Tf4, and the operation is switched to the normal closing state. According to the invention, the output torque of the left motor and the right motor for driving the ceiling screen is regulated and controlled, so that the collision caused by a gap between gears is reduced, and the movement synchronism of the two motors is improved.

    本发明公开了双电机同步驱动车载吸顶屏的齿轮间隙消除方法,包括:S1:将打开吸顶屏的动作视为一个正向运动,则吸顶屏关闭视为一个回程启动,产生齿轮间隙;S2:下达开启吸顶屏指令,左右电机均以V0的输出速度运行,调整左电机的输出扭矩T开左以及右电机的输出扭矩T开右,直至T开左≥Tf1且T开右≥Tf2,切换到正常开启状态运行;S3:下达关闭吸顶屏指令,左右电机均以V0的输出速度运行,调整左电机的输出扭矩T关左以及右电机的输出扭矩T关右,直至T关左≥Tf3且T关右≥Tf4,切换到正常关闭状态运行。本发明中,通过对用于驱动吸顶屏的左右两个电机的输出扭矩进行调控,减少齿轮间因间隙而产生的碰撞,提高双电机运动的同步性。
