The invention provides a path traffic flow induction method considering the crowd effect of travelers. A plurality of paths are selected as induction paths, path subsidy information is provided for part of travelers, the part of travelers are attracted to select the induction paths to go out, and other travelers are guided to select the induction paths under the influence of the conformity effect. Therefore, a bilevel planning model is constructed as a traffic flow regulation and control model, the upper layer model takes the minimization of the total travel time cost and the path subsidy cost of the system as a target function, and the lower layer model is a dynamic evolution model considering the conformity effect under the given induction path. Through genetic algorithm solution and instance analysis, the model can effectively reduce the total travel time cost of the whole network system and alleviate traffic congestion to a certain extent. Meanwhile, due to the existence of the crowd effect, the subsidy cost can be reduced while the total travel time cost of a road network system is reduced, and the effect of the traffic flow regulation and control strategy based on path subsidy is further improved.

    本发明提出了一种考虑出行者从众效应的路径交通流诱导方法。通过选定若干路径作为诱导路径,并向部分出行者提供路径补贴信息,吸引该部分出行者选择诱导路径出行,在从众效应的影响下引导其余出行者选择诱导路径。为此,本发明构建了双层规划模型作为交通流调控模型,其上层模型以最小化系统总出行时间成本和路径补贴成本为目标函数,下层模型为给定诱导路径下考虑从众效应的动态演化模型。通过遗传算法求解,实例分析显示:该模型可以有效降低整个网络的系统总出行时间成本,在一定程度上缓解交通拥堵。同时,从众效应的存在可以在降低路网系统总出行时间成本的同时减少补贴成本,进一步提升基于路径补贴的交通流调控策略的作用效果。
